KLiC (Knowledge Lit Career) is the skills course brand of Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL), formed by the Government of Maharashtra and ten universities and based in Pune. KLiC courses run for 30, 60, 90 or 120 hours at Authorised Learning Centres in the districts of Maharashtra, or online with a weekly centre visit. Fees are set for the whole state. MKCL gives the certificate, and for 120-hour courses Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) issues a marksheet for a small extra fee.
